The Walk

The sky is dark…wet street…melting snow…so cold…I just walk…thoughts come and go…rows of townhouses, some with lights on…glowing streetlights…line of trees patiently waiting for spring…the silence of winter…I hear my breathing…my mind wanders…in all of these things, it is all about the walk… the walk that triggers everything…and I continue walking…at some point, the season has to turn…no matter what…
